Art
Anyone can get a copy of the Mona Lisa and hang it on their wall, but everyone knows the original one is at the Louvre.
In a world of copy/paste, it's nearly impossible to keep track of ownership. By tokenizing it, it's much easier to track who owns what. The rights to an image, video, song, or any digital form of art can easily be proven by whomever holds an NFT for that piece.
There are many online art marketplaces selling NFTs. Images, short videos, animated GIFs, songs, you name it. In addition, there have been multiple successful series of randomized NFTs released, most notably CryptoPunk and HashMasks, some of which are now worth staggering amounts of money.
